SMSU TENNIS: Mustang tennis opens NSIC season today
MARSHALL – The Southwest Minnesota State University women’s tennis team opens NSIC play today taking on Augustana University at 6:30 p.m. at the GreatLIFE Woodlake Athletic Club in Sioux Falls, S.D.
SMSU (2-2) will look to snap Augustana’s 78-match winning streak against NSIC competition during regular season play.
Augustana is 0-1 after losing 4-3 to Drake University last Sunday.
SMSU will continue weekend play on Saturday with a 6:30 p.m. match versus the University of Sioux Falls (2-0) held at the Huether Family Match Pointe in Sioux Falls.
SMSU opened the spring season last week with a 7-2 win over Hamline University.
