His "far left rousing" that the Republican's showed in their ads, was actually a dedication to Paul Wellstone, about Paul encouraging his kids to keep going. Other ads they show are just plain misleading.

To borrow from a cliché, "if I live to be 100," I will never understand the reasoning behind the Democrats' choice of Al Franken to be their candidate to fill one of Minnesota's seats in the U.S. Senate. Why Franken? Was it some form of groupie infatuation with "celebrity?" Was it his record of far left rabble rousing? Was it his total lack of public service experience? What was it?

The republican party sure has proven just how much they care for the average person...they all need to go home..

I'd rather have another check. That way the deliquent homeowners can pay their mortgage, and I can buy the big screen. It would be my little reward for being responsible.

rona56, you are so right about the legal robbery. AIG was back at the trough today with their hand out for more billions. The billions they got over the past week or so just wasn't enough. We must be cracked. McCain wants us to foot the bill for another $300 billion to bail out delinquent homeowners, and Pelosi wants to send us another check. The delinquent homeowners will get to keep their houses and buy a big screen tv all at the same time. And the national debt counter just keeps on a tickin'......

Norm Coleman voted for the bailout giving $700 billion to the very folks that got us into the financial crisis to begin with. Al Franken opposed the bailout. It is crucial to send Norm Coleman home. We don't need representatives like him.

"I'd rather have that money in my pocket and spend it or save it the way I choose." How's that worked out for you lately? That kind of attitude has gotten us into the Wall Street and mortgage messes. I think the private sector has proven it ***** more than government when it comes to handling money

If you vote for the comedian - Al Franken - then you are turning politics into a joke!!! Instead of being taxed to death by the Democrats, I'd rather have that money in my pocket and spend it or save it the way I choose.

I wonder how much of that buy-out money will filter back to the incumbents who voted in favor of it? We need to clean house and start over regardless of political party. Legal robbery is what it has become.

While this only represents a small portion of our area and is highly unscientific, it good to see that people are seeing through Coleman's B.S. At the time of my post it is Coleman 46%, Franken 47%, Barkley 7%.
