Here's an idea.. Feed the Pig just like the commercial, meaning bolster the reserves & tax cuts.

Give it back to the tax payers, it is their money. Either refunds or tax cuts.

Since a surplus is caused by overtaxation, in principle it should be returned. It doesn't belong to the village.

Reinstating funding to areas that were cut before. Not all funding should be reinstated, but a lot was cut that should not have been. Giving back as the state did with Ventura was a huge mistake...and I say that even as I benefitted quite a bit. It cost us dearly in the Pawlenty years.
