The specifics of the plan were laid out very clearly in the President's speech. Where is the plan that the republicans promised in order to get elected? Is it the same one that was voted down today in of all places the House of Representatives by the democrats with the support of 48 republicans? It's easy to kibitz but it's takes courage to actually do something, rather than suggest solutions that have utterly failed for a decade. The disappearing middle class has no faith in that pie in the sky business of trickle down anymore.
Plan? Isn't that begging the question? One provision of the so-called plan is that those who have been unemployed for longer than what they are eligible to draw unemployment benefits for (99 weeks) may sue an employer if they apply for a job and are not hired by that employer, that's some plan! It used to be 'called biting the hand that feeds...' Or, is this one of those bills that has to be passed before we can know what's in it... again?

Maybe if we just forget about the national deficit it will go away?

Is this poll asking whether I support the president’s fiscal year 2012 balanced budget proposal? How could anyone support what he hasn’t produced?

Being from Marshall, I'm surprised the vote is this close.
