What’s your opinion on Gov. Pawlenty’s $1 billion worth of cuts to the bonding bill?

I think he's giving way to much for bike and walking trails yet takes away from medical for the poor and our schools for the kids hopefully will learn to tead and write before graduation.Sad to say their are more graduates now that can't read or write than years ago when most only had 6-8 grade education.
