LUVERNE-Marshall earned a dominating 3-0 (25-4, 25-15, 25-8) victory over the Luverne Cardinals Thursday night.
It was another big night from Callie Graff, who had eight aces on 20-23 serving and also put in seven kills and two blocks.
Marah Mulso finished the game with six kills and four blocks while Lexi Saugstad had five kills.
Gabby Hess and Graff each finished with five digs to go with four from Haley Bennett.
Emily Buysse finished with two aces on 13-14 serving while Abby Louwagie served a perfect 9-9 and had one ace on the night.
Marshall coach Dan Westby was impressed with the way his team started the game.
"We came out and did a good job of controlling the pace of the game in the first start set," Westby said. "We got away from that a little bit in the second set and made some mistakes, but the girls did a good job of bouncing back in the second set."
Marshall will play its first home match tonight at 5 p.m. against Yellow Medicine East as part of the Southwest Challenge.
The Tigers moved their record to 4-1 with the win.
