Murray County Central’s Sierra VonIperen goes for a bump during MCC’s 3-1 win over Canby Monday night.
Game 4 was close the whole way, but MCC was able to hang on 25-21.
MCC Coach Kati Bobeldyk thought Canby had the momentium and were playing with more intensity after game 2.
"Canby came out intense after game one, when we lost game 2 we needed to match that intensity," said Bobeldyk.
Bobeldyk thought they came out flat game two. "We needed to bring back our confidence and I think our girls did a good job of that the last two games."
Canby Coach Amy Wagner didn't think the team was completely in sync.
"We had poor ball control tonight," said Lancers Wagner. Wagner didn't think they were quite ready tonight. "We need to get back in the gym and get that fixed. We just couldn't find a good rhythm."
MCC travels to Minneota tomorrow night.
