Suspect pleads guilty in Borch’s burglary

MARSHALL - The case of a Worthington man charged with breaking into Borch's Sporting Goods last October won't be going to trial after all. A plea agreement for Julio Cesar Hernandez, 20, was entered in Lyon County District Court earlier this week, court records said. Hernandez pleaded guilty to charges of first degree burglary - liability for crimes of another, court records said.
