Republican gubernatorial candidate Marty Seifert was the first walk-in voter Monday morning at the Auditor’s Office at the Lyon County Government Center. The auditor’s office has received absentee votes by mail, but no over-the-counter voters as of Monday. Early voting continues through Aug. 11. Minnesota residents 18 years old or older can vote prior to the Aug. 12 primary at the courthouse of the county they live in, or by requesting a ballot at mnvotes.org
