3rd time around with hate crime

These three flags wave proudly today, but one of them has been replaced three times because it gets repeatedly vandalized. The flags, a Vietnam War memorial, United States and the rainbow flag — which is a symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender pride — can be viewed from Minnesota Highway 23 and are owned by Janice Knieff and Catherine Hare of Marshall. The rainbow flag was torn down and cut up Saturday and is in police possession.
