Multiple area athletes were named to the 2014 All-Camden Conference team in boys basketball.
Brett Peterson was named Most Valuable Player in the South Division. He finished the season as the second-leading scorer in the area at 27 points per game.
In the North Division, Dawson-Boyd's Joey Lee was named Most Valuable Player. He finished the season averaging 18.7 points per game and added 112 assists.
Joining Joey Lee on the All-Conference team in the North Division were Blackjack teammates Michael Lee and Jess Hansen.
Jon Hanson, fresh off the Lancers' first state berth since 1951, was named South Division Coach of the Year.
Juniors Josh Gallegos and Zach Nuy and senior Michael Slaba represented Canby as All-Camden Conference selections.
Minneota/Lincoln HI also had three players on the team, as Jordan Beck, Daniel Harrison and Dylan Tolk were All-Camden honorees.
Rounding out the South Division team were Jonah Dovre (Lakeview), Brett Vercruysse (Russell-Tyler-Ruthton) and Josh Kirk (Tracy-Milroy-Balaton).
