BURNSVILLE - Services for Audrey Gail Macht (Lemcke), 60, of Burnsville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Vesta. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home (12804 Nicollet Ave.) in Burnsville and one hour prior to the service on Friday in Vesta. Burial will be at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Cemetery, Lucan.

She passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, surrounded by family and friends in Edina.

Audrey Gail Macht was born Feb. 10, 1953. in Marshall at Louis Weiner Memorial Hospital to Fred and Florence (Kohls) Lemcke. She was baptized and confirmed through St. John's Lutheran Church in Vesta. She attended Vesta Grade School and graduated from Echo High school in 1971. After high school she received her medical receptionist certification and worked for a local clinic in Marshall. On April 30, 1977, she was united in marriage to Terry Macht of Lucan. To this union two children (Jodi and Tammy) were born. As a young family they loved camping, fishing, swimming and touring country music legends' residences and theme parks. The family resided in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wis., until 1994 and ultimately relocated to Burnsville. Her earlier years included employment with Girl Scouts of America and Custom Wire Industries. She spent 17 years with Culligan Store Solutions as the company buyer before retiring in 2012. Audrey was an avid sports enthusiast, never missing a Twins, Vikings or Timberwolves game and later in life she started cheering for the Wild as well. Audrey treasured the warm weather and relished basking in the sun. She loved to garden, tinker around the house and play bocce with family and friends. Audrey preferred to remain close to home and enjoyed when family and friends came to visit. She loved spending quality time with her grandkids and cherished the role of grandma.

Survivors include her children, Jodi (and Jason) Bartleman and Tammy (and Kyle) Vierkant; grandchildren, Lincoln and Beckem Bartleman and expected granddaughter, Baby Vierkant; siblings, Faye (and Elvin) Benson, Dale (and Murry), Russ (and Shirley), Rich (and Cookie), Fred (and Betty), Sid (and Linda), Harlan (and Karen), Glenn (and Char) Lemcke and by many loving relatives and friends.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Terry Macht, her parents, and brother Jim Lemcke.
