MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for noise reported at 12:54 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A Taunton man, 27, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center, and a Cottonwood man, 26, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 10:01 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Washington and 3rd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - Property was reported found at 4:26 p.m. Sunday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 33, was arrested for no Minnesota driver's license and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:04 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 52, was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 1:50 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A brown and white pit bull mix was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:28 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 10:44 a.m. Sunday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A cottonwood man, 18, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:42 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 10:46 p.m. Saturday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

GARVIN - A juvenile matter reported at 6:00 p.m. Saturday was referred to Human Services, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An assault incident was reported at 5:20 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 12:05 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 3:20 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of North River Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

BALATON - A burglary incident reported at 12:28 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of East 2nd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood man, 51, was arrested on a Wright County apprehend and detain order, and brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Thursday on the 3900 block of U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A domestic incident was reported at 1:11 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A car went in the ditch in a property damage accident reported at 8:04 a.m. Monday on Lyon County Road 33, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was undamaged, and there were no injuries, Police said.

MINNEOTA - A personal injury accident was reported at 5:06 p.m. Friday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood resident was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 6:08 p.m. Thursday on Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 1978 Ford driven by a Cottonwood boy, 16, and a 1998 Ford driven by Michael Huso of Cottonwood were severely damaged in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. Huso received minor injuries, the Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A report is not yet complete on a personal injury accident reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
