MARSHALL - A driver's license was found and a letter was sent to its owner in an incident reported at 8:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

RUSSELL - A suspicious incident reported at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of 1st Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 58, was arrested on an apprehend and detain warrant from Redwood County and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window and mirror was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2006 Mercury received light damage when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was towed in a parking complaint reported at 2:07 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of North 3rd Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Walls were damaged and the landlord was contacted in a damage to property incident reported at 4:14 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A report was written by State Patrol on a property damage accident reported at 9:24 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. No further information was available.
