All kinds of dishes were there for the sampling at Monday night’s Taste of Marshall event. In addition to a wide array of local restaurants and businesses, Southwest Minnesota State University Dining and Catering also served up appetizers, fruit and salads. Andrew Feucht, left, prepared a “salad-tini,” a mix of greens, vegetables and dressing tossed in a martini shaker. For more photos, go to Tuesday.
