MARSHALL - Check forgery reported at 3:12 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was picked up on a warrant in an incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was arrested for domestic assault in an incident reported at 2:25 a.m. Saturday on the 600 block of Soucy Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to fresh concrete reported at 3:04 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cat was brought to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 8:39 p.m. Friday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were separated in an incident reported at 9:31 a.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 31-year-old man was arrested on a Dakota County warrant in an incident reported at 9:54 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 40, was arrested for DWI and no Minnesota driver's license in an incident reported at 11:36 p.m. Saturday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated woman was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 12:04 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2013 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall Police officer received light damage when it backed into a yellow marker pole after clearing from a call in a property damage accident reported at 8:10 a.m. Saturday on South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
