MARSHALL - A boys bicycle was found in an incident reported at 8:12 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of money from a vehicle was reported at 11:49 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A handicapped parking ID placard was found and returned to the state DMV in an incident reported at 1:30 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 1:49 p.m. Thursday in Marshall is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPod was reported at 1:49 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A large German shorthair was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 1:53 p.m. Thursday in Liberty Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Lynd man, 43, was arrested for third degree refusal to test, fourth degree DWI, no proof of insurance and speed and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23, near Lyon County Road 7, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 20, was cited for minor consumption and minor possession of alcohol; a Marshall man, 18, was cited for minor consumption and a Marshall man, 18, was cited for minor consumption, minor possession of alcohol and possession of a small amount of marijuana in an incident reported at 10:42 p.m. Thursday at Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneapolis man, 20, was cited for minor possession of alcohol in an incident reported at 11:03 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of Birch Street and Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 18 was arrested and cited for fourth degree DWI, .08 or more, underage drinking and driving and driving after revocation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:17 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was arrested and cited for fourth degree DWI and .08 or more and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:39 a.m. Friday on West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN - All juveniles and parents were talked with in an assault incident reported at 4:22 p.m. Thursday in Garvin, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. No one wanted to press charges, the sheriff's department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A vehicle-deer accident was reported at 3:26 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Balaton woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 7:59 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 7, Marshall Police said. A 2011 Ford driven by Jacqueline Kunze of Balaton received severe damage, and a 2008 Ford driven by a Milroy man, 73, received moderate damage, Police said. Kunze received minor injuries and was going to the hospital on her own, Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A Marshall resident was injured in a crash reported at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday on the 3100 block of Lyon County Road 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 2000 Volkswagen driven by Zachary Moua, of Marshall, was destroyed when it lost control, the Sheriff's Department said. Moua received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, the Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A collision with a deer was reported at 8:17 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
