MARSHALL - A strong comeback by the Marshall girls swimming and diving team fell short during a 95-83 dual meet loss to Mound Westonka/Holy Family.

The Tigers won seven of the last eight events, outscoring the White Hawks 70-46 during that span, but could not overcome their 49-13 deficit after four events.

Ashley Dunn and Kylie Vermeire won two individual events apiece and swan the final two legs of Marshall's 200- and 400-yard freestyle relay victories.
