GHENT - A Ghent woman, 19, was bitten by a cat in an incident reported at 12:03 p.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The woman was treated for the bite in Marshall, the Sheriff's Department said. The cat was not located.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 11:49 a.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of South 1st Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 10:56 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious vehicle incident was reported at 9:06 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North Adams Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of underage tobacco violation charges on a Balaton boy, 16, in an incident reported at 8:19 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 3:45 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An orange and white cat was brought to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 9:37 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 27, was cited for no Minnesota driver's license in an incident reported at 3:13 p.m. Saturday in Schwan's parking lot, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 47, was cited for driving after cancellation and no insurance in an incident reported at 5:13 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

Accident

MARSHALL - A 1996 Ford driven by a Marshall woman received light damage when it struck a sign in a property damage accident reported at 11:03 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Baseline Road, Marshall Police said.
