CROP Hunger Walks are community-wide events sponsored by Church World Service and organized by religious groups, businesses, schools and others to raise funds to end hunger at home and around the world.

Marshall is hosting a CROP Walk. On Sunday, Oct. 13, Lutheran Campus Ministry, St. Stephen Lutheran and First Lutheran are teaming up to do the walk to make individuals aware of the hunger issues in our community and the world. We will not being doing this alone, as we will be partnering with other churches as well. If you are interested in walking, giving a donation, contact one of the local ministries participating. Registration is at 1 p.m., and the walk begins at 1:30 p.m. There will be three different walks that you can choose from. Each one will end back at St Stephen. Hope to see you there. St. Stephen is located at 1301 S. 4th St.
