MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a purse reported found at 7:42 a.m Wednesday on the 500 block of South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a laptop, cellular phone and CDs from a vehicle was reported at 7:17 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Elm Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a girls' bicycle was reported at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 30, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A hit-and-run incident was reported at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A backpack was reported found at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A dachshund was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 51, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Tennis shoes reported found at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive were brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Siamese cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Fairview Street, Marshall Police said.
