MARSHALL - An intoxicated Marshall man, 52, was released to a responsible party in a trespassing incident reported at 11:22 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Tyler man, 38, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:37 p.m. Wednesday on the Lincoln County line, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Loud people were issued a verbal warning to quiet down in an incident reported at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle received light damage in a damage to property incident reported at 7:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The theft of a cell phone was reported at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND - A report was sent to the Lynd city attorney for consideration of junk ordinance violation charges on Lynd man, 66, in an incident reported at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Walnut Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A wallet was found and the owner was notified in an incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 58, was arrested on a Redwood County warrant in an incident reported at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said. He was released to Redwood County, Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of burglary, terroristic threats and damage to property charges on Marshall woman, 27, in an incident reported at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North A Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday on Lyon County Road 74 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
