MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 35, was cited for not having a Minnesota driver's license in an incident reported at 6:13 p.m. on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A notice was served in a trespassing incident reported at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A notice was served in a trespassing incident reported at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of theft charges on Marshall woman, 30, in an incident reported at 4:11 Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A notice was served in a trespassing incident reported at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A reciprocal incident reported at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of North 4th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A trespass notice was served in a theft incident reported at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A public disturbance was reported at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. A verbal warning for loudness was given, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A civil matter reported at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Donita Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of theft charges on Marshall man, 24, and Marshall man, 30, in an incident reported at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was scratched in a damage to property incident reported at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2005 Chrysler driven by a Marshall woman, 71, received light damage and a 2000 Honda driven by a Canby woman, 45, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2001 Ford received moderate damage when it slipped into gear and collided with 2004 Chevrolet, which received moderate damage, in a property damage accident reported at 5:43 p.m. on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. There were no drivers, Police said.
