MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was cited for driving after revocation and expired vehicle registration in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:54 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Lynd and 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was issued for noise reported at 2:31 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Property reported found at 9:28 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street was destroyed, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A damage to property incident was reported at 4:38 p.m. Sunday on North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 3:31 p.m. Sunday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 1:39 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Jewett Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Garvin woman, 24, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Sherburne woman, 51, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:41 a.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A noise incident was reported at 12:32 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 12:01 a.m. Sunday on 7th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TAUNTON - A Taunton boy, 10, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 10:10 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The boy was treated at the emergency room, and the dog was quarantined, the Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 5:34 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - Damage to a garage door was reported at 10:48 a.m. Saturday on the 500 block of North Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of money reported at 8:46 a.m. Saturday on the 2600 block of 240th St. is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A domestic incident was reported at 7:50 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 5:48 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A credit card was reported found at 4:42 p.m. Friday on West Lyon Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An assault incident was reported at 4:19 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT - Nothing was taken in a burglary incident reported at 2:14 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Chapman Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - Concrete was damaged in a vandalism incident reported at 9:50 a.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

BALATON - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 6:21 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A 1998 GMC driven by a Marshall woman, 38, received light damage, and a 1994 Plymouth driven by a Marshall man, 29, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:24 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Main Street and North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.
