Dorman receives scholarship

Southwest Minnesota State University announces that Nicholas Dorman, the son of Rich and JoAnn Dorman of Marshall, has been selected to receive a Speech Communication Forensics Scholarship and a University Gala Fine Arts Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year. Recipients of this scholarship are recognized for their academic accomplishments and outstanding leadership abilities.

His planned major field of study is chemistry.

Olson admitted to SMSU

Nicolas Olson, the son of Ed and Kristi Olson-Raff from Marshall, has been accepted for the 2013 fall semester at Southwest Minnesota State University.

His planned major field of study is undeclared.

Erbes receives SMSU scholarship

Southwest Minnesota State University announces that Shelby Erbes, the daughter of Elaine Wixon and Wayne Erbes of Marshall, has been selected to receive a Leadership Award Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year. Recipients of this scholarship are recognized for their academic accomplishments and outstanding leadership abilities.
