He died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at his home after a lifelong battle of seizures.
Dean Brannon was born June 8, 1985, in Panama City, Fla., to Ignatius Brannon and Elizabeth Andrews. At the age of 7, Dean moved with his family to Minnesota. He was a 2004 graduate of RTR High School. Following graduation he moved back to Florida to be with family, before returning to his home in Marshall. His curiosity drove him to become intuitive about the world around him. He was interested in electronics and discovering how they worked. He enjoyed watching racing and singing to his favorite country artists. He had several close friends that meant the world to him; he liked to hang out and grill with them. Most important to Dean was the time he was able to spend with his family. Even though his life was short and he had struggles, Dean was able to live every moment, laugh every day and love beyond words.
He will be sadly missed by his mother, Elizabeth Andrews (and boyfriend Humberto Guerra) of Lynd; father, Ignatius (and Gemma) Brannon I of Calloway, Fla.; sisters, Serena Olin (and boyfriend, Kody Evers) and their daughter Saige of Milroy, Kristin Olin of Sioux Falls, S.D.; sister, Kristina Ackison; brothers, Nicholas Brannon and Michael Brannon; grandparents, June Brannon of Panama City, Fla., Fred (and Bobbie) Andrews of Chipley, Fla.; girlfriend, Amanda Caldwell; many other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Dean was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry Brannon and Betty Andrews.
