MARSHALL - A purse reported found at 7:40 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident reported at 7:30 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An assist incident was reported at 6:43 a.m. Thursday on the 700 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated male was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 4:02 a.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 2:09 a.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Birch Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 19, and a Tracy man, 20, were cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 1:58 a.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 12:33 a.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 48, was arrested for domestic assault and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2004 Toyota received severe damage when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The complainant in an incident reported at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Oak Street was advised and counseled, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A Balaton man, 33, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 2000 block of 120th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
