Lizzy Brown, Southwest Minnesota State Black Student Union president, served up some collard greens Thursday afternoon at the Soul Food Festival in the SMSU Student Center. Senior Anna Fitzer, a Spanish major, was on the receiving end. The festival, an annual event during Black History Month, included heaping helpings of jambalaya, fried chicken and macaroni and cheese.
