MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A building wall was damaged in an incident reported at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - A juvenile matter reported at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A welfare fraud incident reported at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue is under investigation, Southwest Health and Human Services said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of fifth degree assault charges on a Balaton boy, 15, in an incident reported at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The owner of a loud truck reported at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue was talked to, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a purse reported found at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to a vehicle hood was reported at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 25, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city and county attorneys for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall man, 20, in an incident reported at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A letter was sent to the owner of a passport reported found at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 31, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A boy, 17, was cited for tobacco violation in an incident reported at 10:03 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A wallet was reported found at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:21 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

BALATON - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 1993 Lincoln driven by a Tyler woman, 61, was undamaged and a 2004 BMW driven by Lori Lima of Balaton received light damage in the crash, the sheriff's department said. Lima and Richard Lucero, a passenger in the Lincoln, both received minor injuries, the sheriff's department said. Neither person went to the hospital, the sheriff's department said.
