Being a guest at an Italian wedding can be interesting, even if it's just make-believe.
The interactive comedy dinner show "Tony n' Tina's Wedding" will be performed at noon and 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 and noon Sunday, Feb. 17, at Prairie's Edge Casino in Granite Falls.
"What we were looking at was doing something special for Valentine's weekend," said Nick Kootsikas, director of marketing and sales at Prairie's Edge. "For people like myself, it's a perfect hard-to-find gift for Valentine's Day."
The last time Prairie's Edge had a similar show was the musical version of "How To Talk Minnesotan" several years ago.
Kootsikas said the show is based on an Italian wedding. The show opened in New York City on Valentine's Day 1988 and has been performed at more than 100 cities around the world.
"Everybody that's in the audience is invited to the wedding," Kootsikas said. He said the audience gets to partake in the dancing, reception and ceremony as well.
For it being a month before the performances, Kootsikas said tickets sales are going well.
"They've been going quite strong," he said.
Tickets for the show are $65 per person, which includes an Italian dinner.
