COTTONWOOD - A verbal warning was given for noise in an incident reported at 12:01 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Lindsay Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:00 a.m. Monday on Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A ring reported stolen at 10:04 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West Greeley Street was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A harassment incident was reported at 8:33 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of 8th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 7:04 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Union Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A vehicle light was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 6:22 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Mankato woman, 26, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:37 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Brian Street and F Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2005 Honda was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 4:11 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Lynd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, was arrested for driving after cancellation in an incident reported at 3:17 p.m. Sunday on West Lyon Street of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a picture was reported at 12:34 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 34, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 11:52 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of South A Street and East Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2005 Saturn was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 11:04 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 8:57 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Park Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Montevideo woman, 19, was cited for underage drinking and driving, a Dawson man, 22, was cited for open bottle, and a Dawson woman, 18, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 2:08 a.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 1:10 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 14 east of Tracy, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:07 p.m. Saturday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A harassment incident was reported at 4:15 p.m. Friday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TAUNTON - Tools and a CD player were stolen in a burglary incident reported at 3:26 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Vehicle lines were cut in a damage to property incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Friday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 33, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A Cadillac driven by a Marshall man, 69, received moderate damage and a 1998 GMC driven by a Marshall woman, 60, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 10:40 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A collision with a deer was reported at 4:07 p.m. Friday on North 7th Street near 300th St., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A Tracy man was injured in a crash reported at 7:57 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Highline Road and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 2005 GMC driven by Shane Daniels of Tracy received an unknown amount of damage, the Sheriff's Department said. Daniels was taken to the hospital with injuries, the Sheriff's Department said.
