To the editor:
I am wondering along with many others why the snow removal crews cannot or do not go around town when the snow is slushy and clean off the snow?
The roads become very uneven then refreeze. This is very dangerous and hard to drive on. I was going down a main thorough way in Marshall and the ruts were so deep my vehicle was lopsided. I was going very slowly. Going lopsided on slippery roads almost caused me to hit a parked car.
The parking lots around town are also terrible! Why isn't anyone removing snow?
I know many say it's due to funds, but we hardly had any snow last year, so where are last year's funds? Just wondering!!
