LYON COUNTY - A St. Leo man, 37, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A silver key was found in an incident reported at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - The Marshall Police Department assisted Murray County with the execution of a search warrant in an incident reported at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a tobacco violation reported at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Juveniles were contacted and will apologize in a vandalism incident reported at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle received minor damage in a hit-and-run incident reported at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said. The incident was reported for insurance purposes, Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of West Patricia Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Information was exchanged after advising the other driver in a hit-and-run incident reported at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of O'Connell Street and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A building was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday in Russell, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The matter was reported for insurance purposes, the sheriff's department said.

GHENT - Subjects were separated in a verbal argument reported at 7:31 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Chapman Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accident

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday on Birch Street, Marshall Police said. A 2003 Ford driven by a Taunton man received moderate damage and a 2002 Pontiac driven by Stephanie Pilar of Marshall received moderate damage, Police said. Pilar received minor injuries and went to the hospital on her own, Police said.
