WORTHINGTON - Services for Ferne Deloris Refsal, 93, of Worthington, formerly of Westbrook, will be at 3 p.m. today at Grace Lutheran Church in Westbrook. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial is in the Westbrook Cemetery.
