NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a judgment and decree entered in the above-entitled action on the 7th day of November, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from said Defendants, as prescribed in the Order, the undersigned Sheriff of Lyon County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 10th day of January, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at the main entrance to the Lyon County Law Enforcement Center, 611 West Main Street, Marshall, Minnesota 56258, in the said county and state, the premises and real estate described in said judgment and decree, to wit:
Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), Block Two (2), Original Plat of the City of Balaton
except the right to redeem from the foreclosure sale as provided by statute, which right shall expire one year after the date of the order confirming the foreclosure sale.
