MARSHALL - A request for examination of a driver was filed with the state in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Main Street and 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 49, was cited for theft and trespassing in an incident reported at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - The subjects of a trespassing incident reported at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 74 and Minnesota Highway 23 were picking up garbage, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday near Slumberland was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Rottweiler was taken to Evans Family Pet Care in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

FLORENCE - An accident with a deer was reported at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
