WESTBROOK - Services for William "Bill" Duggen, 84, of Westbrook will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church in Westbrook. Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. today at the Westbrook Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. Burial is in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Brewster. Stephens Funeral Service - Westbrook Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Westbrook Good Samaritan Care Center.
He was born Nov. 7, 1928, in Round Lake Township, to William and Lottie (Mohns) Duggen. He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1953 and was stationed in Iceland during the Korean conflict.
Survivors include his wife, Mavis of Westbrook; children, Janice Rhubee of Jeffers and Ronald of Clear Lake; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
