The City of Cottonwood will be accepting proposals to purchase and move the 40' X 100' building at 100 West Second Street South in Cottonwood (Old Bus Garage).
The City reserves the right to reject any proposals or irregularities.
Proposals will be accepted at the Cottonwood City Clerk's Office at:
86 West Main Street, PO Box 106, Cottonwood, MN 56229
Until Tuesday, November 20th at 4:00 p.m.
All interested buyers who have submitted a proposal by the deadline will be given an opportunity to raise the amount of their offer at 7:05 p.m. on November 20th, 2012 at the Cottonwood City Council Meeting, Cottonwood Senior Citizens Center, 331 W 1st St, Cottonwood, MN.
