It's time for the 10th Annual Senior Fest! Senior Fest is a morning filled with information, humor and meeting acquaintances. It is Friday, Nov. 2. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. and the day concludes with a noon lunch. It is free to attend the event. You must pre-register by calling the Adult Community Center at 507-537-6109 or Pat at 507-337-4938.

Cheryl Rude, Registered Dietician. Cheryl will share with us ways to cheer up our choices for the holidays in a healthy way.
Andrew Schotzkes, Big Stone Therapies, Inc. Andrew will share tips on how we can walk safely in the w winter wonderland.
Mary Pauluk, Chaplin St. John's Circles of Care. Mary will brighten our outlook on aging with enthusiasm, optimism and humor. After all, age is just a matter of perspective.
