MARSHALL - A burglary reported at 7 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Skyline Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary reported at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Woodland Way is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary reported at 6:19 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Woodland Way is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The subject of a public disturbance incident reported at 2:44 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Village Drive was given a verbal warning for noise, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 10:26 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle taillight was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 8:41 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 8:29 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Floyd Wild Drive were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 8:28 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 7:14 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Lindsay Drive were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft charges on a Fargo, N.D., woman, 40, in an incident reported at 6:48 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - One party in a verbal argument reported at 6:33 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of North Bruce Street was counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A calico cat with a red collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 6:31 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

LYND - A Lynd man, 65, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:06 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Walnut Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle chained to a post was reported at 12:14 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A boys' bicycle was reported found at 11:49 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A theft incident was reported at 9:54 a.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A broken window was reported in a damage to property incident at 9:16 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Two Marshall boys, ages 14 and 16, were reported as runaways at 8:13 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2012 Chevrolet was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 7:56 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A Marshall man was injured in a motorcycle crash reported at 10:15 p.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 59 south of Marshall, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1982 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Curtis Christensen, 26, of Marshall, ran off the road on a curve, the State Patrol said. Christensen was taken to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The State Patrol reported Christensen was not wearing a helmet. The motorcycle was demolished, the State Patrol said.
