Tuesday's windy conditions may have played a factor in semi rolling over on U.S. Highway 59, north of Marshall, at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The semi was traveling south on 59 when it rolled. The driver of the semi, Randy Brouwer of Edgerton, was killed, Minnesota State Patrol said. The semi was southbound on 59 when it went into the west ditch, tried to correct itself and rolled over onto the guardrail, Patrol said. The semi's trailer was loaded with bales of hay, Patrol said.
