MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 40, was arrested for driving after cancellation, speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:36 a.m. Friday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. The man was brought to the Law Enforcement Center and later posted bail, Police said.
