To the editor:
In this season of politics where a lot of negative charges fly through the print and airwaves, I would just like to give my heartfelt endorsement for our two local state representatives, Senator Gary Dahms and Representative Chris Swedzinski.
Our company was faced with a challenge regarding a change in regulations where the FDA was no longer able by law to issue a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate, and the state of Minnesota had never passed law enabling it to issue GMP certification. This certification was necessary for us to export products to Latin America to fulfill the demand there for American technology to meet their agricultural needs.
Both Senator Dahms and Representative Swedzinski jumped into action and lead a bi-partisan charge and got the legislation through. This enabled our company, as well as the rest of the businesses in our industry, to now deliver goods and services to countries that need and want our products.
This is what keeps Americans employed.
