Jerry died suddenly in Sept. 18, 2012, in Hong Kong, China.

Jerry was born March 1, 1947, in Tracy to Woodrow and Jean (nee Knutson) Palmer. Jerry graduated from Marshall High School in 1965. He served in the U.S. Army and fought in the Vietnam War.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Connie (nee Van Moer) Palmer; daughters Sonia Rae Palmer (Tom Adams and Zane), Sarah Evelyn Palmer (Jonas Hansson), and Alyssa Kathryn Palmer (Jarrod Zvara, London and Noelle); one brother Barry Palmer; and many other relatives and friends around the globe.
