Smiles were plentiful at the Positive Behavior Celebration Monday at Marshall Middle School where students and staff congratulated each other for their recent achievements. Hugs, especially ones given to the Tiger mascot, were also given freely. In addition to celebrating high Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment results from tests taken this spring, students were recognized for having “tiger traits,” that is, pride, respect and responsibility. One individual, seventh-grade social studies teacher Dana Moore also received the traveling “tiger traits” rock for his above-and-beyond efforts.
