MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct and fifth degree assault charges on three Marshall girls, all age 16, and two Marshall women, both age 28, in an incident reported at 8:43 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A cellular phone was reported lost at 5:54 p.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on an assist incident reported at 5:41 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 56, was cited for driving after cancellation and no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:06 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Camelot and Fairview, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 11:27 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A verbal warning for loud music was given in an incident reported at 9:16 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of 1st Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An animal bite incident was reported at 4:43 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of 7th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Wood Lake man, 47, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:19 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A harassment incident was reported at 3:56 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - A vehicle was keyed in a vandalism incident reported at 9:09 a.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY - A Ghent woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 5:52 a.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 23 near Brawner Lake, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1997 Dodge Intrepid driven by Kelsey Staples, 22, of Ghent, crossed the center line and struck the driver's side door and trailer tires of a semi driven by Charles Moe, 56, of Renner, S.D., State Patrol said. Staples was airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. An infant passenger in the Dodge was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center but had no apparent injuries, the State Patrol said. The Lyon County Sheriff's Department, North Memorial Ambulance and Russell Ambulance all responded at the scene.

LYON COUNTY - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 9:09 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 270th Ave. and 265th St., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A collision with a calf was reported at 8:42 p.m. Saturday on Lyon county Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A property damage accident was reported at 4:07 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 3rd Street and Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 1:20 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Barstad Road and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 2004 Jeep driven by a Vesta woman, 48, and a 2010 Chrysler driven by a Granite Falls woman, 31, were involved in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. A passenger in the Chrysler, Sara Blue, was taken to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries, the Sheriff's Department said.
