MARSHALL - Gaheyr Mohamud Muse, 35, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 on two counts of second degree assault charges, terroristic threat and fifth degree assault charges. A complaint alleges Muse assaulted two men with a box cutter in Marshall on July 21. A hearing was set for Oct. 16.

MARSHALL - Corey Royal Krueger, 34, of Marshall pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 to charges of second degree assault, terroristic threats and domestic assault. A complaint alleges Krueger threatened a woman with a gun in Lyon County on April 27. A jury trial was set for Oct. 25-26, with a date certain of Feb. 13-14. A pretrial hearing was set for Oct. 16.

MARSHALL - Michelle Cathlenn Holter, 37, of Balaton appeared in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Holter drove with an alcohol level of .12 in Balaton on May 18, and had a prior DWI conviction in 2009. The court found probable cause for the charges, and a hearing was set for Sept. 18.

MARSHALL - Eric Joseph Dalle, 30, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 on charges of first degree driving while impaired and having no Minnesota driver's license. A complaint alleges Dalle drove with an alcohol level of .33 in Lyon County on Aug. 9, and had prior DWI convictions in 2003, 2010 and 2011. The court found probable cause for the charges, and a hearing was set for Sept. 18.

MARSHALL - Christopher Reed Stemen, 20, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 on charges of giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer and minor consumption. A complaint alleged Stemen consumed alcohol and gave false information to a peace officer in Marshall on June 29. Court records said Stemen entered an Alford plea to the charge of giving a false name and date of birth, and pleaded guilty to the minor consumption charges. Stemen received a stayed sentence of 90 days in jail, and one year of probation with conditions including abstain from alcohol and drugs and abide by laws.

MARSHALL - Brent Richard Davidson, 55, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Sept. 4 to charges of second degree driving while impaired, court records said. Davidson drove with an alcohol level of .2 in Marshall on July 7, and had a prior DWI conviction in 2006, court records said. Davidson was sentenced to serve one year in jail with 335 days stayed, pay an $800 fine, and two years probation with conditions including serve 30 days in jail with credit for three days served.
