TRACY - Services for Robert W. Anderson, 90, of Tracy will be at 11 a.m. today at Tracy Lutheran Church. Burial will be at 2 p.m. today in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Slayton, after a luncheon served immediately following the service in the church social hall. The Almlie Funeral Home of Tracy is handling the arrangements.
He died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at the Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy.
He was born April 6, 1922, to Oscar and Edith (Krueger) Anderson in Otisco. He enlisted in the Army Air Corp as an Aviation Cadet for pilot training. He received his honorable discharge on March 1, 1944.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of Tracy; two daughters, Peggy Ludeman of Tracy and Marcy Anderson of Dell Rapids, S.D.; two sons, McRae of Afton, and Mark of Crystal; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
