The Board of Education of Independent School District #413, Marshall Public Schools met for their regular meeting in the Professional Development Room of the District Administration Office on Monday, August 20, 2012. Chairman Chapman called the meeting to order and the roll call showed all members present except Swenson.

Board action was taken on: Free/Reduced Meal Application Extension, Joint Powers Agreement with SMSU, Cost sharing agreement with SMSU, Appointment of Title LEA, Resolution for General Election, Transportation Contract and Personnel
