TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:17 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft charges on a Lamberton girl, 17, in an incident reported at 6:31 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A family matter reported at 5:32 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A purse reported found at 12:47 p.m. Monday near Freedom Park was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Lost keys were reported at 11:02 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN - A check fraud incident reported at 10:15 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of 2nd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A runaway incident was reported at 10:10 a.m. Monday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.


MARSHALL - A Marshall resident was injured in a crash reported at 9:36 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and Park Avenue, Marshall Police said. A 2005 Chrysler driven by a Marshall man, 29, received moderate damage and a 2013 Ford driven by Alan Lustfield, of Marshall, received severe damage in the crash, Police said. Lustfield received minor injuries and did not go to the hospital, Police said.
